We're pleased to announce that AgraCity, including its generic agricultural chemical registrations, packaging equipment, fleet, and fertilizer blender is now part of the extensive UFA crop input offering. This acquisition is part of our co-operative's mission to broaden our services and provide even more value to you, our loyal members and customers. With this exciting development, we can offer you more meaningful choices of greater product variety, value pricing, and reliable supply.

We welcome AgraCity customers to enjoy the benefits of the UFA experience and we're proud of the new choices we bring to existing UFA customers. Joining together has been a well-planned effort and as we go down the path to fully integrating AgraCity into the UFA fold, our goal is to make sure that you, our customer, are the focus of our plans to offer the fullest range of crop input solutions.

UFA acquired AgraCity's generic agricultural chemical registrations, packaging equipment, fleet and fertilizer blender in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan, through a court-supervised Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (SISP).

AgraCity's product portfolio and equipment assets complement UFA's existing lineup, creating a more complete and resilient offering for the entire co-operative network. The comprehensive portfolio of attractively priced products create opportunity to grow patronage and translate directly into value for our members and customers.

No. The UFA balance sheet has never been stronger. Patronage has remained reliable, consistent and growing, a reflection of our long-term financial strength and stability. With this expanded product offering, members have even greater opportunity to grow their patronage return.

AgraCity customers now have access to UFA's broader, stable and reliable supply chain, designed to reduce volatility, especially during peak agronomic seasons. UFA offers a wide range of flexible credit and financing options designed to support producers through busy seasons and major input purchases. Whether it's everyday operational needs or seasonal bulk buying, customers can access convenient credit solutions that help them manage cash flow with confidence.

Our immediate priority is maintaining continuity of operations, safeguarding supply and ensuring reliable access to crop protection and fertilizer products during the transition. While this is a strong long-term opportunity, these product offerings may not be immediately available.  It will take the time needed to secure supply, align operations and integrate these products into our established systems before launching them within our network.

All products will continue to meet applicable federal and provincial regulatory requirements, including PMRA registration and quality-control standards.

The acquisition expands UFA's overall crop protection portfolio. Branded and generic products will continue to serve distinct roles within a diversified offering.

We remain committed to existing vendor partnerships. The addition of AgraCity's generic portfolio is intended to strengthen and diversify the category, not replace established supplier relationships.

We are taking a careful, structured approach to integration, with a focus on keeping operations stable, communicating clearly, and ensuring continuity of service.

While we're working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible, some challenges may arise during the first few months. Our top priority is maintaining reliable operations and safeguarding supply, so customers can continue to access crop protection and fertilizer products. That said, some product offerings may not be available right away. We appreciate your patience as we secure supply, align processes, and fully integrate these products into our systems.

The team will continue to work collaboratively with impacted customers, reaching agreements that allow us to move forward together. As we finalize this process, our focus will be working closely with suppliers to secure product and deliver it in time for the season where possible. While there are some factors outside of our control, we are committed to doing everything we can to achieve the best possible outcome for customers.

For those customers who have yet to be contacted, the team is actively reaching out and working through each situation as quickly and thoughtfully as possible. We appreciate your patience as we complete this process. Our priority is to ensure all prepaid commitments are honoured.

It was important the purchase price be fair value for the assets and include a substantial amount to be allocated to satisfying farmer creditor obligations.

AgraCity is now under the UFA umbrella and over time, will be fully integrated into UFA's overall crop protection portfolio further strengthening and diversifying the category for members. In the coming months, you'll start to see the UFA brand become more prevalent within former AgraCity products, services and offerings. Internally, operations and employees associated with this business will be part of a new entity under the name 1909 Crop Protection Solutions Ltd. The name reflects UFA's founding year and the co-operative principles that continue to guide how we grow and serve producers.
