Maggie Van Camp
Maggie Van Camp is Loft32's co-founder, Director of Strategic Change and in 2024, started Farmers' Bridge, to help farm families navigate transitions and build their businesses for the future. She is a well-known and trusted speaker, moderator and writer and a respected member of the board of the Canadian Agriculture Hall of Fame. In 2021, Maggie was named in the Top 50 Influential People in Canadian Agriculture.
She is also CEO and owner of a multi-generational family farm near Blackstock, Ontario. For decades, Maggie had an award-winning career as an agricultural journalist, notably as a senior business editor with Canada's national agricultural magazine, Country Guide. Recently, Maggie was BDO's National Director of Agriculture, where she led sector marketing and industry relations, revitalized the accounting firm's social responsibility program, worked closely with business transition services and built a strategic organization of Agteams from coast to coast.
Following the sudden passing of her husband, she found herself having to operate a large poultry farm and she has made it her life's work to specialize in succession planning. She is a passionate agvocate and journalist. As a producer and active member of the agricultural community, she knows what it's like to advocate on behalf of producers and be a strong voice for women in agriculture. She is well-respected in the sector and never one to shy away from sharing her opinion.

Trevor MacLean is a Partner with MNP's Agriculture team in Lethbridge, Alberta. Trevor provides business and advisory services to agricultural producers and agribusinesses across Western Canada, delivering creative, customized and practical solutions to help his clients achieve their goals and enhance their success.
Trevor brings more than two decades of experience to his role. He identifies the issues and develops tailored solutions for managing risk, improving performance and seizing emerging opportunities.
With a strong background in agribusiness and financial services, Trevor brings a unique and balanced perspective that allows him to fully understand his clients' business. He works closely with farmers and ranchers lending his expertise to help them navigate their challenges and achieve their goals.
Trevor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Management (BMgt) from the University of Lethbridge, Alberta, in accounting and co-op education. Trevor is committed to the local and agricultural community. His involvement includes volunteering as director with the Okotoks Oilers Athletic Association, past chairman of the Animal Nutrition Association Alberta Division and director of the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef.
